it is two stages. the first stage u will be interviewed by a lady she will ask u about the role and how much u will like to be paid. then the next stage will be by the white man thays the md pf the company he will aak u base on what is on your cv and he does not waste time veey short after that stage u will be called if choosen by the md. goodluck
