Yes nassarawa is more easy for machine to peel than Niger. The prices of today:- Nassarawa igbo Agusi 1100 mudus 68k(that's the picture of the bag below. Nassarawa igbo Egwusi normal 100kg bag 34k. This year storage we have started it with Agusi:-we are already happy,me and some nairalanders that trust us!!! I advice some nairalanders that this year Agusi price may not falldown like last year.we started buying @13k,Some 14k and some 15k.As of today price of Agusi is already 22k!!! What impressed me more was one nairalander that visited me last three weeks ago in Niger State. I told him even if he comes we buy together I will charge him my 5% service fees and he said no problem he only want to see everything with his eyes. He came and I advised him to start buying in that week no matter how much the price was, normally our target price is 10k but when we realized we can't get it at that price we started buying at 13k and this is biggest smartness we did this year before hoarders started buying,we already bought one trailer. He paid me my 5% without any argument and guess what?.lolz Within three weeks of his investment, his capital is about to double!!! Iam so happy for him because he also a nice man. Note:- this year Agusi storage is closed! |

One nairalander called me yesterday,he said "I read much about you on nairaland and iam satisfied with people response against you but my fear is that you willnot do like other nairalanders after getting acceptances from people they will run away with people's money. My answer to him is No. because of the following reasons:- 1-iam normally a farmer in Niger state even before I joined nairaland. 2- we also do trade in grains I.e buying from this market to another market for a resell,we even buy maize from southwest to northern Nigeria for a resell and make profit. 3-iam very responsible person with my house located @ No. 22 G.R.A kontagora Niger state.i have a wife and two children some nairalanders can testify to that because I used to lodge some in my house. 4-iam normally a honest person even before I joined nairaland,it's not that iam trying to be honest because of nairaland (in this entire world iam not owing anybody anything, even in the market/farm alot of labourers want to work for me because I usually used to paid them immediately after their worked).Whatever is not mine I will never put my mind on it. 5- I have one sister in lagos that worked with a bank and also a brother in kano that also worked in a bank, they used to be my guarantor for any big contract. Last three years my 1st ogar in nairaland want us to do sheanut business in large quantity but he was afraid of losing his funds,I told him no problem. He can get a lawyer to write an agreement between his company and my sister that if his funds got missing my sister will refund him,his lawyer wrote and they both sign. We are still doing good business together for the past three years. I swear even his one sack never get missing from me. 6-Iam currently working with two big companies that I supply trailers to them yearly,I will not name them because they may not be happy but they all employed me via this forum. 7-I currently enjoy this business and I want to do it for life. Therefore,it's real and genuine. |

Lolz,I know alot of nairalanders will asking why. This the reasons;- due to high cost of fertilizer in the country alot of farmers have shifted from maize to suyabeans and the will to over production. Currently the price of suyabeans is always dropping even before the new one came out,I bought 34k last week. Even this year alot of people didn't make money from suyabeans storage.we are projecting over supply in our market this coming haverst which will ultimately crash it price. |

Politics › Re: Reasons Hausa-fulani Must Not Vote For Peter Obi by shariff84: 11:59pm On Aug 01, 2022 |
Abokii8: *WHAT THE HAUSAS MUST NOT FORGET OF FORGIVE PETER OBI FOR*
*Olat Ibikunle T This write up is on Peter Obi.*
I could remember Peter Obi came to power on the 17th March 2006 while the famous Onitsha crisis which led to the killings of Northerners occurred on the 21st and 22nd day of February 2006 that was almost a month gap our first meeting with him also coincided with his first visit to the town all arrangements were done to receive the first citizen of the state and also to explain our predictions at that moment as refugees in Army Barrack onitsha from there we took him round to the affected areas of the crisis such as Bida Road central and some houses burnt within the area and Oba of yoruba house and palace that was razed down along sokoto and ifejika streets then down to bridge head market by express where all Northern markets were burnt down more than 100 lives lost and properties worth billions lost.
The following businesses were destroyed and burnt completely .
1. Goat Market ( Northerners ) 2. Cola market (Which comprised of North and Western interest) 3.Beans and Rice Market (Northerners ) 4. Onions Market (Northerners ) 5. Vegetables oils (Northerners ) 6. Arewa parks which comprises of Maiduguri, Bauchi, Gombe, Sokoto ,Yola, Kano, Mubi and many Northern states. 7. Osobgo park (Yarubas)
But to our greatest surprised the first thing that came out from Peter Obi was " you people should tell your people to stop killing our people in the North" everyone was shocked i couldn't believe a whole Chief executive "Governor 'could uttered such a an intolerant statement in public we all were disappointed and dispersed without even a word of sorry from Peter Obi,not to talk of any form of relief materials or compensation of any sort to biggest community of settlers in the state.
SECONDLY , When he was about eject and takeover those markets mentioned earlier which Northerners were in possession since 1974 when they were relocated from Ochanja market by the then military government, the Hausas rejected his moves to takeover without any provision as a replacement to their original place of business to them, Governor Peter Obi ordered the deployment of Military men that shot and killed 7 (Seven) among the protesters. All that did not work we petitioned the matter to the office of the Sultan of Sokoto where he sent Two Emirs that of Suleja and the Etsu of Nupe all that without fruitful solutions mainly because he refused to provide an alternative land for the Markets. Eventually his eminence the Sultan visited the state all because of the sole issue of providing another place for the continuation of those businesses but Obi refused to change position all because we are NORTHERNERS not IGBOS, therefore we don't deserve to be owing or occupying land for businesses in Anambra State. In one of our meeting with him he openly said to us and I cut "you people are foreigners here therefore you have no right on our land" a clear case of intolerant leader, discrimination and hatred and indeed a bigot to the core. Peter Obi forgotten that there are over a Million Igbos indigenes of Anambra state Scattered all over the North living comfortably with their families and Businesses. So as a result all the traders relocated to Asaba with their businesses.
NOW TELL ME, How would Peter Obi treat Northerners if he is elected as president ?
WORSE OF IT ALL . Peter Obi said that he hate seeing Hausas at the point of entering Anambra state from Delta state.
THIRDLY, During the anniversary of Creation of Anambra state towards the end of Peter Obi's administration we were invited by the organizers of the program an igbo lady who reside in the North while making a point on fostering unity among Nigerians suggested that an exchange program should be established where young people from the state should be send to Kano in Exchange of Kano Young Vocational trainees,Peter Obi quickly took over the microphone and said, there is no comparison between the North and the East talk less of sharing skills and knowledge he also added that such comparison is like asking China to come to Nigeria to learn Manufacturing business he made this assertion in public i could remember it was the then governor of River state Chief Rotimi AMAECHI that chaired the occasion.
FOURTHLY , Sometimes in 2018 an Igbo Bar man in Niger drive GRA Onitsha invited a Hausa Man to be selling Suya meat in front of the bar just to attract more customers to his business which is about 300 metres away from Peter Obi's house to our greatest shock Peter Obi invited DSS from Awka to forcibly eject the Hausa Man from the place, simply because he was a Hausa Man from the North that was the problem, and it took the intervention of the landlord and Arewa leaders in the the state to stop Peter Obi from perfecting his illegal motives against the Hausa Man . It should also be Noted that Peter Obi equally forcefully deported people of Northern extraction back to Kaduna during his tenure as governor of Anambra state.
Now what will Peter Obi tell People of the North if he visit any of the Northern States during campaign?
LASTLY. In view of aforementioned facts and unprovoked actions of Peter Obi against the North and Northerners he is not worth of a single VOTE from any patriotic Northerner ('Yan Arewa) and Westerners (Yarubas). No matter who Peter Obi takes as his Presidential running Mate from the North,we shouldn't trust him.
By OGUNTOYE SUNDAY OYENIYI ENITAN(elewere)
thank you for this wonderful write up,you really open my eyes, iam northerner and a hausa man!!!. |
