What makes it a "new maize"?

new maize is always newly haversted maize that's not well dried.While the old one is last season maize that's completely dried.

maduguri brown beans it's called oloyin banjaras,it's the most wanted beans in south-west.the demand for banjaras is always high,that's why it price is higher than our own oloyin.
