You have choose right path. Setting up a recycling plant and that too of plastic will be really of much beneficial than any other.
As most of the industries are producing plastic/ PET plastic as a waste or byproduct. And recycling this plastic and turning them into useful utilities and furniture will be very effective as you will be promoting go green "reduce, reuse, and recycle" concept! Go ahead with your plant.
