Got my admission packet for spring 2022

Hello, I’ve applied to wiu, I’ve been on it since July this year. This is my first time of apply to a school abroad.
I’m going for undergraduate studies…
Recently found out I’ve been receiving wrong info from the person that has been assisting me with it…
I’m transferring from unilag… I’ve sent my transcript and all.
My passport would be ready on the 18th of next month…
They said spring 2022 admission is closed…
I want to proceed with fall 2022, please what am I to do next
