This story is false. The poster Emeka Ugwuonye of DPA is a notorious Facebook scammer. He presents himself as a human rights activist but all he does is put up fake distress stories, compel the public to donate for the cause and then disappear. None of the so called victims of domestic violence ever received the monies. The police he said he contacted to arrest the husband came out to publicly debunk that. The police officer posted that he's retired years ago and was never contacted by DPA to make any arrest. The woman in question has not come out to attest not deny this story. According to DPA,her name is Glory Jennifer Clement. She is not on Facebook, she is no where to be reached. Also, Emeka Ugwuonye has abandoned the matter after he was busted. The number of the abusive husband whom he asked his members to call and warn him to stop beating his wife, turned out to show Emeka Ugwuonye 3 on True caller. Till date, he's still not able to explain how come. Emeka Ugwuonye controls a very organized scam syndicate. He mixes it up with innocent members of the public who he leads on in his numerous lies and shows. He has defrauded lots of people on Facebook. You can Google his name and see that this man also defrauded the Nigeria embassy in USA. So his problem didn't start today. He is also a well known slanderer. He must be made to provide evidence of this story. It is wrong to just put up offensive posts on Facebook and cause people to hate and insult men. Maybe it wasn't even a man that did this. Maybe this incident didn't even happen in Nigeria. Emeka Ugwuonye, how did you come about this story. We need to follow up. Don't drown it because it is about to expose your ulterior motives of asking for donations for the woman and using it to enrich yourself as usual. This time, the spotlight is on you.
