It is Novelle I know, If you want NEBOSH at least they have been on existence for some time now. I think they have been approved by British Council to offer such trainings.
OceanTrain should or may be a new Training company approved to offer NEBOSH/HSE training services. I'm not sure cos I haven't come across them before &I'm very conversant with companies offering HSE, Oil&Gas training services to clients in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
By the way, where are you based?
But you have to do underground checks on a company before patronizing them, so you may not waste your money on Cert. that is worthless from a mushroom training Centre.
Just my opinion though. I'm based in Port Harcourt, they are giving this training in collaboration with a church.

Novelle is certified centre for (NEBOSH) which is National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health, a UK awarding organisation offering professional qualifications in health, safety and environmental management. Good! Then go to ISPON formally NISP (Shell Accredited) &obtain Level 2&3
Then go to CISCM PH branch &obtain supply-Chain Mgt. an aspect of Logistics.
