Get a original samsung use cord, and try it with neva light, not generator o, and leave it for sometime before pressing, if it still doesn't add up to the voltage, ur ba3 needs replacement

Sorry ma, was a bit busy ni.... If you'd take my candid opinion, getting an android fone is the best now.... The only thing bb users exclusively has is coming on IOS n android, so the logical thing to do is to get am android or iphone which have lots of things than bb...... Get the s4 for example, and you'd not regret it, try checking on phone sale threads n see how people r trading their bbs even for tecno android phone... That shows that bb is eons behind the rest of the smartphone world...... To me, d bb is not worth calling a smartphone at this age n time...... But the Q10.is still a good phone..... If it's given to me as a gift, i won't blink an eyelid before exchanging it for even an s3

Ziggyzito: firstly...I won't rate blackberry as a smart phone. .cos it hasn't changed a bit right from the predessessors... and the s3 out performs the z10 and q10 talkless of the s4... bb10 still remains a laid back OS which blackberry thought would boost their market but it fell below expectations. .. I'll go for a Samsung s4... or iphone 5...

Emrich: One advice to anyone that might consider buying a used phone. Just make sure the screen technology is not an AMOLED Display or you will hate yourself when you place it side by side with the new one of the same phone or even a used phone with LCD Display. This is because Amoled (put quite simply) expires in about a year or two. And when it does expire, watching anything on the display will be frustrating. This is what happens to all the used Samsung android phones in this country.



So if you will heed my advice I will suggest you go for new Tecno, Gionee or any other China Android phone instead of buying second hand phones with Amoled display. Or you buy Sony, they don't use Amoled, or LG, or Blackberry Z10.



But if you have the cash and you are certain you won't use the phone for more than two years then pick up a new Samsung phone and you will see how graceful Amoled can be when it's new. Remember the key words, "cash" "new" and "not more than two years"



So my friends do not just rush into the second hand market.

Yea.... IT can be rooted, and u can even upgrade to 4.2 by flashing custom rom
