Self care includes a range of proactive steps in response to the recognition of the impact the work has in terms of the demands it places on workers mentally and emotionally as well as the negative impacts of stress that can result when these demands are not effectively managed at either the individual or organisational level. |

nathandrake: Up NEPA!!!NEPA or PHCN any which one. It is indisputable fact that Nigerian has one of the most problematic electricity sectors in the world, with an estimated installed electricity generation capacity of 8,644 MW, and available capacity of only approximately 3,718 MW, to cater for the needs of a population of over160 million. By comparison, South Africa, with a population of just 50 million, has an installed electricity generation capacity of over 52,000 MW. On a per capita consumption basis, Nigeria is ranked a distant 178th with 106.21 KWh per head, – well behind Gabon (900.00); Ghana (283.65); Cameroon (176.01); and Kenya (124.68). |

Pastor Franck Kabele, 35, told his congregation that he was capable of reenacting the very miracles of Jesus Christ. He decided to make it clear through way of demonstration on Gabon’s beach in the capital city of Libreville. Referencing Matthew 14:22-33, Kabele said that he received a revelation which told him that with enough faith he could achieve what Jesus was able to. According to an eyewitness, Kabele took his congregation out to the beach. He told them that he would cross the Kombo estuary by foot, which is normally a 20 minute boat ride. Sadly by the second step into the water Kabele found himself completely submerged. He never returned. This is not the first incident of this nature in Africa. At Ibadon zoo in south-west Nigeria, a self-proclaimed Prophet claimed to be able to do what the Daniel of the bible did by walking into a den full of lions. Though he was warned numerous times by zoo keepers, according to NG Newspapers, the Prophet thought of them as nothing more than enemies of progress. The Prophet, with a crowd of people watching, put on a long red robe and proceeded to enter the cage full of lions. Within seconds of opening the door, the lions ripped the Prophet from flesh to bone. The bible should come with a warning label, “Don’t try this at home.”

Noblemarce: flattering makes me angryAngry standing in self-hatred, drowning in my tears. Looking back on my life, what I've been through the past few years. everything I do & say, wishing somehow things would change, praying for a way. Same old sh*t just another day, living this evil life that was created just for me. Starving for love, affection, & attention, I know none of this is how it's really supposed to be. I try to be strong, even though I feel so weak. Feel like just giving up, but I won't accept that level of defeat. Pretend like I'm always happy, although I'm never really okay. Waiting for this pain to end, that I feel every stupid day. It's hard to say what's wrong, when nothings going right. Hard to keep myself going, when I've been blinded by sight. This pain is never ending, it just goes on & on & on. It's all so unbelievably real, I just wish it all was gone. Trying to pick myself up, when I've fallen so far and hard. But I don't know where I'm going, It's all so very dark. My heart is weak, my emotions sore, I do my best to never let it show. But deep down inside I feel like, I'm dying & nobody knows. A lot of f***ed up thoughts, run through my head constantly. I just wish I didn't live, this life of MISERY! |
Someone mentioned this to me in 2013 but I just couldn’t believe it until I started seeing Tiwa Savage’s tweets on Thursday night, that were very suggestive. The gist is that she really loved Flavour and they were seeing each other to the extent that they shared a passionate kiss in one of the guy’s hit video. Flavour recently confirmed that Tiwa gave him the go ahead to kiss her, but it appears his statement has kind of opened old wounds considering her tweets. Tiwa is now talking about “people forgetting about you when they no longer need you” and also took a swipe at those who “break others heart”. See her tweets below… Could this be responsible for Flavour’s latest declaration that he’s not ready for marriage?

His name is Prophet Duromola Adedayo Samuel, he runs one of the big churches in Warri, Delta State, but went to pray in one of the popular prayer mountains in the South-West of Nigeria at the last days of December 2013. On his way back from the prayer trip, Prophet Duromola’s car was involved in a ghastly accident and surprisingly he was not found in the car and he hasn’t been seen by anyone since the day of the unfortunate accident. nathandrake: Repeated as only one anagram DEPARTEE, am very sure not everyone knows the meaning of anagramAn anagram is the rearrangement of the letters of a word, name, phrase, sentence, title, or the like into another word or phrase. ALL the letters of the name or phrase must be used ONCE and only ONCE. This is the basic rule of anagramming. The best anagrams are meaningful and relate in some way to the original subject. They can be apposite, funny, rude, satirical or flattering. |
