If you're expecting Hoegh Xiamen vessel please note it has a little problem. There's a fire incident on the vessel at the US coast about two weeks ago and it is not expected in Nigeria anytime soon. Please contact your shipper for status of your consignment.

1. Yes and always.

2. Please approach any Customs command close to you (without going with the vehicle) and make enquiry on that. Avoid use of third party on this. Prepare your mind around 600k to 800k and be ready to rub palms.
