Sincerely, when issue like this happens, the best is not name calling and dragging, femmy2010 should have offered them practical advice when he was consulted.

The moment I saw Ashaye gate exit and the transfer, I assumed a lot is involved, the container was never transferred.

Sincerely, if you arrest Babajide now, you are at loss. Whoever is paying for the demurrage, get rid of this mess by settling the demurrage and sort yourself later. No agent would agree to deliver this at this stage.

Certainly we can benefit from the inputs of agents with high experience and expertise in this area.

But this is the problem. Much like car dealers, some agents cannot call out their colleagues, even though they noticed some irregularities. Its difficult then to know on whose side anyone is or what anyone's real motivations are.

Some agents had been viewing since the first page. I saw them all. But some just chose to barge in today. But its all good though as long as we get meaningful contributions.

I suggest forwarding all documents to an independent agent/customs officer to verify the authenticity of what the agent is saying.

Sometimes, silence is golden. When you try to wade in and clarify, you can be perceived as trying to be in the 'good book' once bitten, twice shy.

oh boy I no blame the guy, procurement officer go survey the equipments, make deal with oyinbo, come back come inflate the price. We are Nigerians and we know our modus operandi.

Agreed at the corruption part, but what then would be the responsibility of the procurement office if this is the logic we operate by? Does it means he has to personally handle every procurement in the state?

Sorry to sound 'silly' but what I always tell people is to accept the reality and stop living in denial. The situation on ground is what it is, so embrace and DO NOT expect anything from anyone or anywhere except what you can do for yourself.

The solution to living in current situation, find something to hustle with, this will give you something to feed and cloth, while at it, keep self development as a top priority and along the line, something would come. It might not be what you expect but you obviously can't be at one bust stop waiting for a ride that would never come.
