Over time: The maximum your consignment is allowed to stay in a terminal is 90 days. Anything after this is 'over time' and your goods is expected to be transfered out of terminal where you can not clear it through normal procedure again, but, perhaps, through auction. It is a step to avoid port congestion. Please be informed.

Summing it up, you have approximately 702k. Anything less than that is short payment.
