2005-Jeep Grand Cherokee and 2005 Accura MDX - Duty 404k plus 100k (processing, terminal & others) = 504k

2008 Honda Accord - Duty :628k plus 72k =700k

To clear them take average of 3 days. Call those numbers if you require additional information.

As we draw nearer, we should braise up for it. By the 1st of Dec, 2015, Govt might eventually throw the bumb, and implement the 'dreaded' new auto policy, just like the subsidy. All the information I will be bringing you are based on interpretation of circular by the finance ministry to all stakeholders. Since I thought you may not have it, it better you get to know, because you, the importers are the priamary target of this policy.

Nothing really to much to fear, but for real, people got to worry. What would the new auto policy mean? It will have both financial implications and as well the year of vehicles that can enter the country. To avoid muddle up the whole thing, I will be bringing you an abrigde version, just the key things that concern you, the importers. Please stay calm as this is to let you make advance decision. Please follow me as I bring you the info in batches.

Rx 300 04 - 381k 90k = 470k

Rx 300 06 & 2006 pathfinder - 426k (duty) plus 90k, (processing, service charge, terminal and shippig agency) = 520k

06 rav4 - duty 400k plus 90k = 490k

These two are big! For the purpose knowing as u said, I will give you the normal stuff but, am sure the figure will get you giggling, so there's always a way around vehicles like these. It is a job for your agent.

2012 lamborghini aventador lp700 4 is valued @ 376k usd giving duty on it @ 35% = 26.2m.

while
bugatti veyron 2012 is valued 2.25m usd puting duty payable on it @ 35% = ###

2007 single cabin (pick-up), 2002 double cabin (pick-up) and 2007 ecoline buses all valued @ 9032, @ 35 % & 155 ex rate, duty payble on these vehicles is 630k.

What you have in additon to that is Terminal and Shipping charges, Processing fee and Service charge which varies depending on your agent. Like I always say, you have the right to know what you pay for.

Ensure clearance of your goods within 90 days from the date of arrival at the seaports and 30 days at the airports. It is over time after this, but, various terminals adopt different days, but usually not less than general overtime

'Underage vehicles' are those older than years officially allowed into the country. As it stands (2014), only those (except buses) from 1999 upward are categorised as normal and are expected in.

This mean, by 2015, 1999 vehicles would be categorised 'under age'. However, if the new Automive Policy takes full force, the official year of vehicles will be 10 and that will mean, only those from year 2005 upward would be regarded as normal.
