Instructor in Training, you will be placed on course under ATS/COM school, after the course you will go for field work (OJT) then do NCAA exam before you willbe given opportunity to instruct.

I need your advice as I don't know which one I should stick to between Computer Programmer / Analyst (CONTEDISS07) and Simulation Officer in Training (CONPCASS 06) as I studied Computer Science.

What is the salary range for each? how many stages of recruitment processes? What are the qualification requirement for each position? What will be the nature of the test questions in order to know what to read in preparation?

boss shegfun,pls could u please help me with some clarification.I have been called for the position of a medical officer.I want to know whether the CBT includes all the aspect u have stated(math,computer science,physics,etc) irrespective of the field of studies.
also how transparent is this CBT,cos the Nigeria recruitment system is bastardised that even merit rarely has its way.I am a little sceptical about travelling 6 hrs from my abode to where uncertainty looms.
then what are the other stages and the overall period of of time that the exercise will take to be concluded(becos its more than 1 year since we applied for this posts)
lastly do you have an idea of the salary range and structure with financial incentives for medical officer 1 @ NCAT.

First, this recruitment process is being handled by a private organisation, actually is somethings we can handle but we don't want any external forces to act on the recruitment process,that's why we contracted it out, as Am talking to you as an ICT guy i don't have any information on the recruitment process from PSIN, so what we want from PSIN is to give NCAT Zaria best candidates in this process, in NCAT we value Safety as one of the best Aviation training institution in the world (Check our records, this year NCAT received two awards from ICAO, Current Affairs) so we can't compromised safety as this stage. 3-4 stages, the last stage is oral interview and credentials presentation.
