To be frank, I didn't use any study pack or PQ.
I guess it's just due to previous experience from workforce assessment tests, which I have failed many in the past.

But if you're having workforce test you should expect questions like:
Conclusion follows, conclusion does not follow
Assumption made, Assumption not made

Try to read on those kind of questions as they are always coming out.
The Numerical part is just basic math like percentages, ratios; although some might include graphs, it's all just about interpreting the graphs.
Then the abstract part can come in different forms. Just try to see if you can quickly establish a pattern, if not, you should attempt other questions in order not to waste time.

TIP: If you are finding any question too difficult, skip it or just select randomly. cos if you waste too much time on it, it will eat your time and might not be able to finish all questions

I think the guy is safe because even though I wrote my first assessment in October or November last year, I took the cognitive ability assessment just last week.

Also the questions might have changed a bit because mine was 50 questions for 50 mins instead of the 50 questions for 12 mins people were getting then.
Boss pls how was the cognitive test, I mean the format of the questions. What pass questions did you study and was it helpful thank you?

Then again, he just might be lucky or unlucky, as the case may be, to be among the first batch in his set. They've delayed so much with my application that I'm just continuing this process for fun, cos I've moved on to other things.

Let me tell you, if you are meant to get into first bank you will, whether you share information about the test or not. Even if someone passes the test, interview stage is still waiting for them. So calm down, what will be wil be. The cut off mark will not reduce either.

I'm enquiring about their management trainee position, not sales agent. I know sales agents are paid ₦50+k in Lagos. So I expect that management trainee are paid more

I don't know of any office in Abuja. What I do now is that they're actively trying to expand, so Abuja might me one of the new territories. I'll advice you to take the job in a new territory if you have nothing else you're doing. Foundational members get to enjoy more and are rewarded more.

2. After the in-premises test, there are no other written tests, until bootcamp. What you'll do is DMT and DCT, and they're practical... pretty easy too. You gotta know how to use your phones tho, cos they're going digital.

It's almost the same online preliminary test that you did, but this is physical.

I just don't know what the next stage after in-premises test will be.
