Now, coming to feedback, (in 2013, the first feedback was dropped in August, that is one month after the test),( now we are in October ,the clock of the feedback is ticking and result mails is about to be triggered). For people like me who may want to start preparing for interview with faith that they will scape through first stage.... I heard we must be well prepared for Occupational Health & Safety related questions especially if you have less working experience in production environment, other areas are Electric motors, Pumps and Compressors, Distillation and Fractional distillation, etc....then memorize your CV so you won't contradict yourself when question comes from the CV,Prepare for round table panel interview comprising interviewers from 3 major tribes in Naija,Japanese,Chinese,German etc they are reps from HRs and Electrical,Mechanical,Petrochemical,Safety,Production Depts etc.....there are many more but that's all I could remember for now, the morale will be higher when mails start rolling in
finally d interview is here, let handover the Microphone to honourable Methane.

This is how people would be panicking here up and down. What will be will be. In 2013... I don't think any nairalander scaled tru, cuz after the interviews... Everyone turned into a pastor.. Am not being pessimistic, but everyone needs to chill. Better still activate other options. Getting into NLNG without oil and gas experience is like a camel entering the eye of a needle. Even with the experience sef... It's still a little difficult.
Stop reasoning like a loser, winners never quite. If you believe in power of possibilities, you have already passed the first stage to success. Again, if you don't make it to final stage of a selection process does not means you have completely lost the battle, the experience you gain from a particular interview might be the one that will boost your chance in another openings, except you are not sensitive or don't research further on your flaws. My advice for everyone is that we should remain positive and put up our best in every condition we find ourselves, I know waiting can sometimes be frustrating and discouraging but never give up on your dreams.

"keeping the thread alive"? With junk and misleading info?...this was exactly how it was during the GT recruitment...a lot of junk and misleading info, yet when the mails started coming in (the actual info) almost everyone went mute, and wouldn't say what the go was and what the requirements where or what next... angry
For you to call infos shared here ''junk and misleading'', I can finally assume you are part of those hoarding information but now being pained and bittered by the way people now source for infos and share. I followed GTs thread also and Infos was duly disseminated from one stage to another,You are claiming everyone was mute after arrival of mails, that is another lie bursted. In conclusion, if you don't have reasonable effort to put, do not discourage those putting maximum efforts to keep the thread alive. Peace Out.

The second phase of the screening process is about to begin, HR currently making arrangement for Interview as per Venues and other Facilities in Lagos,Abj and PH for the interview process, once all these have been put in place, mails will begin to roll-in as expected, All results and list of candidates qualified for interview was ready since last week but feedback now depends on how fast they are able to secure right tools for executing next stage.....from a reliable source.

He was told this when his documents were checked on the day of the test. I think it was written in the comments area in that sheet with our names. He was not the only candidate the mail was sent to. He said other people (about 11) were copied in the mail he received.
I dont get your point again o, You mean He did not present Birth cert on test day but only given the privilege to take part in the test with an agreement that he will send the Cert through Email or his datas did not match?,maybe spelling mistakes etc..... I remember one guy came with new Birth cert with DOB 1989 but had 1985 on his old plastic national ID card, The LNG Man queried him before writing some notes on the comment box in front of his name, although the Guy was also allowed to take part but his chance will be very slim because 1985 was a bit far from age requirement and the birth cert looks very neat and New(age padding gone wrong). I believe we shall all know whats up this week sha, Jah Bless

You might have underlying health conditions o.
Have not been into relationships but i know inability to satisfy a woman is more than a huge problem. i advice you go for a comprehensive medical check up rather than blame masturbation for every symptom you are experiencing. Many years ago i had the privilege and i'm glad i'm a human machine. Could go on a marathon. My future wife will look no further.
I think regular exercises too help a lot in improving your performance.
People with proven working experience already giving right clue. Op take note

raslim20:
I have never been embarrassed like this ever in my life. I'm always excited when that urge to masturbate comes over me, just lock myself up in a room and jack off most especially with the help of xvideo.

Today I felt so embarrassed after the lady I've been wooing all this while say yes and ready for action after a heavy rainfall. We got in mood and when it's time for action my man went down and shrink off. Many attempts to resurrect the guy all fell from fry pan to fire, it's got no signal at all.

The girl just hissed on me and walked toward the door for her exit. I was disgraced and embarrassed. And the worst part na say this is my first time with the lady.
What excuse can I give?

To every single guys out there enjoying every moment with masturbation, though you enjoy the feelings while it last, but you are fading off gradually.

These are what happens when you give yourself to masturbation as a man.

1. Tiredness. You will be unnecessarily tired even when you don't engage in any activity

2.Headache. I have used many ache relievers to quench the aches I always feel in my head constantly, not knowing masturbation is the main reason for the headaches.

3.Dizziness

4.Nervousness

5.pains in the shoulders and side

6.pain in the muscles and joint

7.loss of appetite leading to weight loss

8.any small exercise you will be exhausted like dead body

9.dead look, sickening face

10.memory and sight failure,

11.when the real match come, you won't get errection

12. If you come get erection, won't last long( premature ejaculation)

13.semen leakage

14.reduced orgasm

15. Loss of sex drive towards opposite sex

All these are what have experienced from the habit of masturbation, the earlier the better. Masturbation ruins life gradually.
You have not been able to identify what your problem was due to your lack of experience.

My second question: Pls as at the entry level, what are the differences between Graduate Trainee (BEng) and the Trainee operator(HND) in the Nigeria LNG ?
B eng. GTs are to be trained and engaged on managerial role while HND Operator trainees are to be trained and engaged on Operational roles, They might likely be the line Managers of Operators (just assumption), although I don't know how the company is structured.

Well said and thank you guys for your.... But wait, does one's geographical location matter in the selection process? I mean should all the best scoring candidates emerge from one state/region, would they be the only ones to be called for the interview or the best scoring candidate will also be selected based on region/states. Just so curious.
From my own view, Best Performance is their target, The role is a very sensitive role and requires competent Hands. That is why they are also curious to hire the best among the best through SHL ability test.

Will second stage be pure-interview or Assessment-Center? Will it hold in PH only? We need to start thinking of how to Pass second stage now, I hope People will be of help while Preparing for second stage rather than Opening up after the show, that is Campaign-after-election.

Do you know that Jamb questions are the same. The question type just depicts that same questions are placed at different number. e.g Number 1 question in type A is placed in number 20 in type B and number 48 in type C and so on. All in all they are same question. But for this shl, it is completely different questions for various candidate. I am not convince this is right except I am proved wrong with a better argument..
SHL Qustions are still not different but many and it comes randomly, Jamb should rather adopt SHL standard in order to resolve problem of Leaked questions, Nothing should be Type A,B or C ......, questions for different sections should be sent to central database and loaded for each candidate at random, rather than setting Type A,B,C.. that will encourage malpractices.

Guys , do you think it is right to test candidate vying for same position with different questions? From my findings, the just concluded shl set different questions for different candidates. Please I will to have your opinion on this.
YES,It is very right, that is what proper screenning requires, especially when test holds in batches.

Hahahahaha.Nigeria my dear country. No body one give out nlng expo for today test. Every body dey fight for d white collar job.The truth is dat giving out information for people dat wrote today jeopadizes their chances thereby giving chances for those that wil write tomorow. My suggestion is dat, all candidates suppose to be made to write test same day. Don't knw why dey alwys conduct test batch by batch.
Why can't they conduct the test in batches when questions are not uniform, do you think it is easy to provide facilities that will accomodate all of us at once, this is online test, you cant even expect people on same batch to have same questions all through. Seems the unnecessary fear you guys derive from competition has made it difficult to reason how the system works.

And to be honest, I don't expect anyone to come here and start spilling what he/she saw at the screening. Remember that you are all in competition and that they will be giving you an advantage over themselves if they come and tell you what to expect
keep hoarding your information, am sure people who understands better will share their experience with Guys in da building.
