OP military personnels have always been some of the biggest abusers of drugs from the USMC/army guys using heroin in Vietnam and introducing it to common american culture on their return, how do you expect them to step down, They have a stressful job.
The only person I know that abuses cocaine is a friend who is an Irish army lieutenant. He never fails his monthly piss test, and should be due a promotion soon. He pretty much got most of the other lads hooked on it.
