There is absolutely nothing about incompetence here on part of INEC engineers. Your AWS expert has never made any threatening submission so far. INEC is a big organization who will still need to setup her own security measure to support basic security provided by AWS since they have there own registered internal designated computers that must connect to AWS.

So, if there is no glitch on AWS during election, it is because INEC put tight security measure from her end, it is very easy to defend from INEC side. Even if security log are to be provided, it can be faked. So, LP has no issue here yet, however; wait till LP AWS expert is cross examined today because I am sure INEC IT engineers will have fortified their lawyers with technical information on this regard

Who in their right senses will use AWS for this purpose when you can purchase 3 servers of at least 256GB RAM, install ESXI on all 3 servers and run 48 virtual machines of at least 16GB ram on the ESXI host. This will ensure load balancing and mind you, all 48 servers will be domain joined

The engineers will only implicate themselves because if they try as much as make excuses for their incompetence it will mean the money that was paid for the job was not justified and that could eventually lead to more issues.
