Alright, thank you.
Developers option was not in my phone setting. I had to watched YouTube video to learn how to enable it.
For other users with this setup, here are the steps to enable developers option.
Setting >about phone>software information >build number >tap build number 7(seven) times.
>enter phone password >developers option will now be enabled.
I have three (windows, trasition and duration)animation scales which were off(default setting). Should I still go ahead and set to .5? If yes, please, which one should I change between windows, transition and duration animation scales?

Often time, it will not respond to touch until I press the power button, this action will lock the phone and I will have to unlock it in order for the screen to be responsive again.
This is quite frustrating 😤

Samsung users, are you guys experiencing this issue?
What's the solution please?

Try changing the animation scale from 1.5 to 0.5 from the developers option. This will help.
