Guys Not Wanting To Get Married

Looking for some advice for a friend- no really!

Her boyfriend (very long term) recently told her that he does not want to get married to her. He claims that he is happy the way things are, has isues with divorce (his parents are divorced) and while he says that he loves her, he is not sure if it is enough to be married. He told her that he didn't want her to waste her life on him, if ultimately he can't give her what she wants. Marriage has always been very important to her as has having children.

The issue of kids did come up and the guy stated that he thinks he wants them but would not definitely commit. The problem is that she really loves him, and she knows that he loves her. He just can't give her what she wants. She doesn't want to break up though, because she doesn't know if she'll ever be able to find anyone to love like she does him.

She is looking for advice, and I don't know what to say.
