omo I'm just tired tbh!!! I used the modified version to apply for my study permit. After i submitted and did my Biometrics, the rest became history. I haven't been able to log in since then. I've sent a technical issue report to them both on their website and on twitter. I've also cleared my cache like 1 billion times, I've tried using about 5 different browsers yet its still same error message. I did upfront medicals with Qlife on the 3rd of June. I called them yesterday and they said they uploaded my medicals report on the 9th of this month.

The hustle was tough in 2019 trying to finding
UNI rather than Colleges with my 2:2 pali. Somehow I came across UCW and I was admitted with scholarship but my Uncle advised i find better option. I couldn't land any MA admission since then, i was just wasting money and time. April 2020 while searching on IG, I came across this Agent that mentioned undergraduate in Manitoba. Mumu me applied to one irrelevant program thinking any program will do lol.

I did medicals with Qlife. There was no mail notification. I logged in this morning and saw that there was application update.

I will suggest you submit a Report of a Technical Issue to IRCC technical support team. They'll help you resolve the login issue you're having without stress.

Yes I’ve tried it on another device but it’s still same error message. I got all my mails from ircc about the BIL and all. Thank you. I’ll send them a web form now

What exactly is the error message you're getting? IRCC site is very problematic. You might try it later and it would work.

Now the problem is that I can’t log in to the portal (same link I started with) I have tried severally but I can’t log in. Note that it’s not an issue of forgotten password or email
I really don’t know what to do.

When you "started your application" did you upload any doc like admission letter and co?

Yes I did. I submitted all my documents, admission letter police certificate, proof of funds etc. I even got a BIL the next day.
