Yes I had one previous refusal for a uk visit visa two years ago. Didn’t affect my application apparently.

Got my visa today!

Application date: 17 October
Biometrics: 28 October (initially 21st but had to reschedule because of the curfew)
Decision: Monday, 2 November
Collection email: 4 November
VAC: Ikeja
*I paid £220 for priority service.

The website says they’re open for collection from 10 am to 4 pm but this is a lie. They close at 3 and I barely made it in time today so please take note.

Also, I can't remember the guy who said his visa said he can't travel. He should check well, I collected mine today and it did not say anything like that. Like someone said, is he sure it not when his vignette date is too?

Previous posts on this thread suggest that Turkish Airline doesn’t require a covid test.

Please when did you get the decision email? I got mine yesterday but no collection yet. Wondering if it’s too early to go there

Sorry, just to be clear, are you sure it says you can't travel till then or that your 30-day vignette is valid till that date? I'm asking because I'm worried for myself so I want to know for sure if that's what I should be expecting as well.

Visa reads that I cant travel till Dec 3rd. Guess cos of uk lockdown. Well, uni gives me till Jan 15th to resume.

there are only 10 scholarships awarded, and over 2500 applicants, the chances of knowing those 10 is really slim when you think about it

It's safe to assume that no one has been contacted yet. Or has anyone here been contacted by AGIP or you know someone that has been contacted?

Someone on another thread said that an online friend of his was contacted for the local scholarship some time last week

It's possible

They might have contacted successful candidates already. On previous threads the awardees were called or emailed about a week or two after the test. This is like the third week so �‍♀️
