It has to be the exact dimension. Mine was higher than the dimension. Had to use photoshop to scale it to the dimension required and it worked!

What sort of questions do they normally ask at the interview stage ?

Previously, it was Dragnet. Workforce just took over this year so they will be in charge of administering the upcoming test on behalf of Ecobank. The dilemma is if Workforce will decide to use Ecobank's past questions conducted by Dragnet or theirs

Last year, Dragnet was the one that administered the test on behalf of Ecobank. Workforce will take over this year. If you have taken a workforce test recently, you ll just be fine.
