Based on this design I'm seeing this could well turn out to be the best looking Tecno smartphone yet

I never said a lavish lifestyle, I am using a phone of 41k, but changing phones just any how without contented with your current phone, how could you buy S4, the phone still working perfectly, you switching to the nest available, I have used a phone for 8 month, bought within that 8 month, my cousin has use iphone 5,6, caemon 9 and currently he is on Hot note 4 and yet his account not up to 150k, he still has to always beg sometimes to send things.. Just imagine? Even 25k phone is very cheap, but always be contented and not switch over just anyhow, that's what I called lavish, buying unnecessary

mchew! Got one already, so I am talking from experiencing, mchew. Shares is being sold @kobo rate. A time, I boiguht a z2nith bank share at 16 naira #32,000 k shares, then it was like joke, after years like 3/4. I was broke then went to gosord securities market to sells it. It already around #120,000, you learn to save., not lavish lfestyle, if you can save 25k, how would you save 500k?

I get your point. One has to be frugal and only spend on necessities. But seriously you call spending 25k to buy a smartphone in today's economy a lavish lifestyle?

What'sApp is not working on my phone w3 since 3 days now. Though every other thing is working. I can browse the internet that is to say I have data bundle still running. I have uninstall and reinstall yet its still not working.

NB: I tried connecting with hot-spot on somebody's phone and it worked. Please any idea as to what it's the problem?

I think you put a limit to your data usage and it has exceeded that's why WhatsApp isn't working.
Locate data management somewhere in your settings and disable.

why would he change it if he has better things like building, investment to channel money on. I use my phone for 2 years and don't care about spec because my money goes into something that made me feel like a big man today.

Yea, buying a smartphone of 25k is gonna stop you from building a house.

Since Tecno don make owning a brand new smartphone affordable nothing concern me with London used again

Of course knowing that they make smartphones and not dildos I'll say a new smartphone with a massive battery is in the offing.

Well dig out tecno h6 specs and tell me the difference,also its sold 32k not 25k,lenovo sells phones cheaper......shift back and think.

The price when it was released was 22k, it's not their fault our economy is in the toilet.

Tecno mobile are gearing up for a smartphone launch or so it seems. They've been dropping snippets on their social media profiles about a soon to be released smartphone. I was just minding my own and I was about to reply to a tweet from omojuwa when an image from @TecnoMoblieNG jumped in my face
and with the hashtag #BiggerAndLonger

I had to click on the account to make sure it really was their official account and I wasn't seeing double, and yes it was official.

I think it all depends on choice, some people easily get bored of their current phones and want a different one from time to time.

I am one of those people, but thank God for Tecno the financial implications isn't felt too hard

It's not just enough to be enthusiastic about Tech, one has to be reasonable as well. How is 25k for a 1GB RAM with quad core processor rubbish?

To be fair when it was released it wasn't this expensive. It was released with the intention to be super affordable but the economy took a nose dive

Good thing you got it then. Its sold for way higher than that now all thanks to the almighty dollar rise. One year on and it's still serving you, is it a testament of how well you handle the phone or how durable the phone is or both?

There should just be a standard abeg, all this cutting of sim don tire me. Person will move from iphone to phantom you will need to do welcome back and cut sim again haba.

Well, I locked mine with a pattern that I cant recall what i drew, I have hard pressed the power button severally and the phone just goes off and comes back on with the same patterns showing. I do not even mind cleaning out everything in the process but nothing is even getting cleaned out. I will actually like to be guided a lil more. I do not have the time to go to SLOT.

Hard pressing the power button will do nada.
You have to boot into recovery and factory reset the phone. Hold power button + volume down or volume up to take you there.
I've been there before, forgetting password to ur smartphone isn't funny at all. I use the fingerprint on my phantom 6 and now I don't have to be craming password again.

Exactly, can't remember the last time I put a password on my phone. with the fingerprint scanner it's touch and unlock in less than a second. Who get time to remember Passwords
