PoliticsRe: Pius Adesanmi Blasts Jonathanians by shigoslim(m): 10:18am On Jul 09, 2015
These man call pius Adesanmi is not different from dulladino of daura who has forget that the election is won and have gone.
Pius is suffering from Brian tumor as result he can't reason well, he has forget to ask himself that the dulladino of daura who has contested election for 4terms had no any planned to hit the ground and start running, but he is there playing the game whom to vindicate and victimized his 3years lost election. But the time he wake i pray things would not have go wrong in the country.

Anyway dulladino has bail himself out that it's so unfortunate for him that he did not win election when his still young in other words Nigeria should expect less or nothing from him. For everyone that has ear let him hear the truth and should not wait for any government to better his life.

Lie! Rubbish! I said it, when Jonathan leaves, nothing will be heard of him. How many of you have heard anything about him? How many institutions, organizations, etc have invited him to deliver a paper or even attend a function?
Jonathan is leader not a ruler in the likes of OBJ . This is a leader Nigeria ever had that has not take any slide opportunity to criticis any rulers. So many words were utterance during his administration and he kept the pace for peace to continue reign, our leaders must embrace this immunities fro Nigeria to move forward.

These suddenly uprising of bokoharam is another game changer that APC want use as one of their achievement in the long run.
The bokoharam which the past administration given blow suddenly came back from unknow where and continue their perpetuation, verysoon the issue of bokoharam will now become the things of past . I know this is happen because Buhari want tell Nigeria that issue of insecurity has become the thing of past. And me not attest their dubious scam, all i will them is that enough of innocent blood shedding.
They should should just call their bokoboys to order and focus on what they want to offer Nigerian. My question is that where are bokoharam coming from ? Because i thought the hideout sambisa was dismantle some month ago

PoliticsRe: Cleaning Pdp’s Mess Requires Painstaking Planning – Presidency by shigoslim(m): 8:54pm On Jun 28, 2015
I will state this clearly that it's an ironically for APC to be saying PDP has destroyed Nigeria for good 16years.
Sometimes i do ask myself that when did Nigeria a sovereigns nation start experience political stability? Can anyone please state or tell me the foundation Nigeria had during military era that PDP has destroy?
Nigeria is not a war zone that just recovered from lost, is a nation whose her political dispensation recently experience political stability despite the fact that those that put to in these can no now benefits from democracy which have put backwards some years back.
The self acclaim which is now generalize the media that the mess PDP created some years will take another years to rebuild should be debunk by every reasonable Nigeria. Nigeria must start asking APC to deliver their manifesto which they promise Nigeria.
Enough of game finger. APC deliver what you promise Nigeria.
Nigeria is a developing nation you can't expect any magic to happen within sixteen years .
PoliticsRe: Bukola Saraki Was Petty Thief As Of 1990 - Sahara Reporters(photos) by shigoslim(m): 8:25pm On Jun 28, 2015
Hmmm oOPs Nigeria is not heading back to state of impunity and political assassination. Because all this happened during OBJ regime i never had any political assassinations during GEJ regime. With all this dirty game they were embarking 'll not do us good.
Nigeria politician should take it easy and deliver what they want to offer us .

citizenisb:
A lot of times we try to project the image of the benign, peace loving drunk from Otueke to cover up the complete rot his administration represented. It is just a repeat of history as most of us know that Shagari is a good man but his administration was very corrupt.

I stay in Abuja and I know that the corruption under the GEJ administration was monumental and the enormous revenue accrued to the government was wasted even much more than Abacha, Babangida and Obasanjo combined. Why are we so wicked to keep on defending his administration.

Buhari has a lot of personal flaws but if we can remember this election was a referendum on GEJ not necessarily about Buhari in the swing states of the South West and North Central.

Whether he appoints Ministers this night or next year it is a huge relief from the madness we just went through for six years.

It will take a lot for us to recover with the depleted external reserves, crash of crude prices, a possible Greek default, reduction in summer travel and GDP/ Oil use due to terrorism fears, a huge slowdown in China, 30 million barrels of stored Iranian crude about to hit the market with the removal of sanctions and two possible interest rate hikes by the US Federal Reserve.

We are in interesting times no matter who is at the helm and the earlier we all hunker down and pray to weather the storm without terrible social unrest that will come with job losses, subsidy removal, Naira devaluation and corresponding hyperinflation adding to the Boko Haram insurgency decimating the North East and the bankruptcy of the states.

Let me give you a brief example; Buhari told the governors to negotiate longer loan tenors with the banks up to 20 years to reduce the strain and inability to pay salaries, do you know how that will affect bank profits and systemic liquidity. What will happen to their Oil and Gas loans if oil prices dip further.

May God help this country but please it is sheer wickedness to bring up the previous administrations records. In other climes they would have been shot by now.
Mr man pls save all this lie na they propagate. Pls face the topic your opinion is not relevant to the issue unground.
The question is, is saraki a citizens of Nigeria? After u answer that u can go an open another topic for your trash.

Sure, I surely went overboard on that one and I acknowledge it several times by saying not every Yoruba bought into the scam. 100% agree with you on that one. I think their voices are usually drowned by the voices of the propaganda by APC.
i personally cast my vote for GEJ as a yoruba man. But just let us be happy that the blood of innocent one will stop flowing in our environment but i note and know very well they will reap what they sow. If GOD start justifying them the worst that will befall them it 'll be more than that of bokoharam.
PoliticsRe: Shekau Has Finished His Business by shigoslim(m): 8:30am On Jun 27, 2015
Pls note this. Not every yoruba attest to this scam, but if you ask me no who i go ask. All i knw is that no matter how long the truth we all prevail.
Suddenly after APC victory everyone can see now that their activities is going down low let just be happy for that but they should take note that the law of karma is still in existence that is what goes around must surely come around. They we reap what they sow either good or bad. But when you are making point don't point finger to one tribe. Beside what is the total vote buhari got from south-west compared to that of north? This question can justify my point.
PoliticsRe: Why We Fought On The Floor Of The House Of Reps Today - Zangon Daura by shigoslim(m): 5:02pm On Jun 25, 2015
I only have question to ask .
Would APC sustain the unity of Nigeria for 4years to come. I don't wnt them to throw Nigeria into another Somalia- Afghanistan. This is how it started in other country that clamour for change.

PoliticsRe: FG Lifts Ban On Importation Of Furniture , Textiles by shigoslim(m): 10:19am On Jun 24, 2015
major466:
Indeed lifting bane on these items will provide some revenue to the government. But the negative effects will be much worse.
High importation of textile and furniture will obviously lead to more import duties and more revenue to the government. But here is the loop. High importation and low export will lead to trade imbalance where with the countries where these products are imported. Example:
Suppose Nigeria exported to China cocoa, palm oil and sesemi seads worth $500,000,000. And Nigeria imported from China phones, machineries, textiles and computers, worth $1,000,000,000. Then Nigeria will have to pay the differential of $500,000,000 in foreign currency to China. This will boost China's balance of trade. That means China made a profite of $500,000,000 trading at the expence of Nigeria.
By lifting bane on these items, the government have sign off our balance of trade and investment to more advance countries where these products are made. The economy will suffer for it.
this will worsen off the economy. While did u think Nigeria is rated as largest economy in Africa ? Not because her populate has better off but due to the fact that her small scale enterprising has continue to experience tremendous growth.

I will go you an example. Assuming i'm bringing some product to your town after making sale from that product, the money i earned in your economy or town where did u think i will invest it back to? Do u think i will invest it back to your economy or town ? Which the answer is capital NO ......... I will take it back to my town invest it there where by my investment will continue growing and creating employment for my timing populate.
Now tell me who will benefits most is it my town or your town? Answer to this question is already tell you that in international market there is no permanent friend or enemy only interest.

Tell your oga Buhari that is taking some wrong decision .

5094397][/quote]what do u mean buy glorified school? Are you telling me now that through taxes Nigeria government will generate huge revenue from importation ? For your information taxes is one of the greatest tools in placing embargo on importation of goods, if u are placing embargo on some product tax must always come up due to the fact that it will eliminate or restrict importation of goods to economy as the local industry will benefits most on it. Because the perfect competitive market will better off the the local industry while the importers will worsen off in the long run .

Pls go back to your school olodo arabata.

u r wise, just exactly as it is.....liftin d embargo is gonna stimulate growth
which growth are talking about. Hop u guys get brain sha. Let help break it down for you guys and see the great disadvantages in importation.

First the money the importers we earn from our economy where we they take it to? Would they invest it back to our economy or take back to their economy for their own benefits ?

I can see you are very good at memorising your economics texbooks. But I can assure you that your texbook did not factor in the effect of corruption in its analysis. Goodnight
u see yo life. Which one is more corrupt in importation and exportation ? If u can answer it on your own goodluck but vise visa don't quote me again.
PoliticsRe: Ex-minister Faults Buhari On Empty Treasury, Says Jonathan Left About $30bn by shigoslim(m): 12:48am On Jun 24, 2015
Now i understand what my lecturer is telling me then that all this work APC are doing will eventually affect the economy in the long run.
Imagine Fashola building EKO Atlantic, of what benefit would that give Nigeria as at now when the country is still positioning as a monocultural economy.
My lecture said something at that time that the cost of building all this infrastructures will only benefit the foreigner who take the contract and get the money to their country. He said until Nigeria start investing in her human resource we continue Struggling to mentain her economy due to the fact that her human resources which are to take the job, earn the money and invest it back to her economy are no where be found. Infact he used some country as case study E.g China, Korea, Iran e.t.c so Nigeria is wasting money to foreign investor which resulting to our economy depreciation.

We still have a long way to go
PoliticsRe: FG Lifts Ban On Importation Of Furniture , Textiles by shigoslim(m):

The truth is that the ban was never enforced. The ban did not stop or even reduce the importation of textiles all. It was just an avenue for the ever corrupt customs officials to make so much money in the form of bribes; moneys which should have accrued to the government as duties. With the lifting of the ban, at least a chunk of those moneys received by the customs guys would get to the government.... and this govt is in desperate need of revenue.
Trash it's clearly shows that u lack common basis economic analysis. If your government is desperately in need of revenue, lifting ban on importation is it the best solution to income generator ? If importation is higher than exportation what do u think it will result to ? Don't you think it's will definitely befall government revenue or income generation. We are talking of how government will boost our economy through diversification . If government encourage small scale industry and we start exporting to other country who will benefit most? Is'nt not Nigeria government....... Must we rely on importation ? Another setback forward change indeed Nigeria has enter one chance

Another blow to our small and scale medium enterprises. Imagine Nigeria we continue becoming dumping ground for oyinbo while that of our small industry will keep scrolling.
