Hello House,
I will like to know if I can pursue a Masters programme in civil engineering in a Canadian university with my HND in civil engineering.
I have been in search of schools lately online with low tuition, no toefl or ielts or probably wave it, and which also allow to work while studying.
If anyone has actually processed a masters admission with HND I will need guidance on how to go about it in terms of schools to apply to and all that.
I need help. Thanks !

I’m looking forward to study MSc in civil engineering in Canada I have HND in civil engineering with Upper credit but I really don’t know how to go about the due process, the school to apply and all it entails and preferably cheap schools, no ielts, no gre.

I’ll appreciate helpful information to start with.
