I see this has been answered, Don't worry, they will tell you to resubmit, happened to my wife, Visa was stamped, COPR given, we landed and we were asked to resubmit another one while in Canada. We did take one inside Canada and mailed it with Canada post, PR card was issued..

I think i have only seen one instance where the person was asked to resubmit it. If there is need to resubmit they will let you know.

If in your travel history you indicated that you arrived UK in Jan 2021 and left in Jan 2022 and I were a VO, I'd wonder why it isn't in your Personal Activities. If I'm mean I'll reject you right away for misrepresentation or incomplete docs (if you didn't submit UK PCC). If I'm kind I'll send you an ADR or procedural fairness letter to update your Personal Activities (hoping you'll add the UK). I think only an incompetent VO would miss it.

Your one year stay in the UK should be updated in Personal History AND Travel History - if it was within the last 10 years....you'll also need a UK PCC.

Your brother in law should do the gift deed to your husband, and then use your account and your husband’s account to show proof of funds.

Your husband will also need to write and sign a letter stating that you have full access to the funds in his account, and it’s for you both to settle in Canada

Not declaring you lived in UK is misrepresentation and may attract 5 years ban in addition to a rejected application.

What the police certificate will show is if you committed a crime while in UK. And a background check will show if you overstayed your visa in UK.
That’s what should be your concern IMO.

According to IRCC, you must disclose any place you've lived for more than 6 months in the past 5 or 10 years (not sure).

Additionally, several countries, including the UK, share information with Canada. So, imagine the visa officer reviewing your application, conducting a background check, and finding out you stayed in the UK for over a year.

If your score was 470 without spouse and you got ITA with 460 draw
If you add spouse and our score drops below 460 then you are not able to apply

Spouse will reduce the score at any point you add them if they don't have ECA and English Test.
You can add a child at any point without reducing your score but spouse will.
