It might sound funny but before now I can't but atleast a bottle of coke in a day. Imagine me having goosebumps shivering, dysfunctional and headache if I stayed away from it. I was so addicted that I once drove from Jaji to malali just to fuel this addiction. Note..... Fulani ranch in malali sells the best chicken in Kaduna to me then hence the icing to make the addiction beautiful.


I lost myself into the addiction of coke and Pepsi for years..... The funny thing is most people didn't know I was battling my biggest demon as no one sees anything bad in coke or Pepsi. But deep inside, my sugar level was not having it.


Glad I broke free sha. I stayed off carbonated drinks totally for the past 7month now. Just blended fruits and water. To top it all, I won't even take chemicalized products.

This might not hold water to many of you, but masturbation no even hold me like the coke did as I cured that immediately I had a steady partner.

I have never started anything I cant stop. Name it I have done them all and stopped at my own volition.
I smoked Indian hemp and stopped when I was almost caught by my mother and I knew she would be heart broken. The fear of disappointing her was too much so I quit.
I was also introduced to gambling and after my friend who introduced me sold his car to bet, I borrowed myself sense and stopped before I get to that stage unfortunately my friend is still stuck there.
Sex is normal and I am married now with kids so I gotta stop playing outside game.
Alcohol too was stopped cos my wife dislike it and I did that for her.
