A close friend of mine has run to me for help in an area I used to be in chains too, but I'm finding it hard to help him.

Back story, this friend of mine I've known for a very long time, I happen to be the one who introduced him into gambling, i.e Casino & Virtual gaming. I wouldn't even lie used to be very lucrative, most of what I happen to own now or have done ( travelling out etc) was funded by these games that we play, but that used to be years back. When I noticed we start losing more than we got. I took a step back but my friend didn't.

Okay, I used to be the one calling the shots, studying the patterns, the signals right etc my friend's job is to play whatever I told him to so he really didn't know much about it. But during the time I stepped back and told him to let's try other hustles and focus on other things since we were a bit fine financially. So I went to school (Studying to be a computer scientist) but my friend we grew distant because of the distance, for about two years. Out of the blues, I got a call from him , asking for financial assistance, I was shocked because this used to be someone who had available balance running into tens of millions, a car amongst others.

So I got curious and asked what's up, then he explained a lot to me that gambling has ruined his life that he can't seem to stop. I know it's hard because it took some battles for me too to finally understand that the era of successful wins on casino games was over and have moved on with my life, though occasionally I test the water not in a way that will be detrimental to my finances. My friend has sold all what he gathered which is very sad. I explained to him that it takes for than GUESSING or LUCK to win CasinosWhat broke the camels back is the money I sent to him was about 500k, he called me crying now that he needs help that the money I gave him it wasn't up to an hour that Casino bet took it all. I'M THINKING OF DISTANCING MYSELF FROM HIM and I'm left with the guilt that I introduced him to Gambling.
