@Masters p: What operating system are you running? If it is Windows XP, do you have .NET framework installed? If not, then the unlock program will not work. You will have to get to Microsoft's website to get that or Google it up.
If your OS is Windows Vista or 7, then the application should work correctly because they come with .NET framework pre-installed. If it is not running, then your downloaded file may have been corrupt and you need to download another
