Thats all the explanation I can give you. Like I posted earlier, I have not done it myself cos I do not have a ZTE modem to try it out on. But someone here had done it sometime ago and posted a testimony on the thread. So just look for a system running Windows XP and try it out yourself.
Remmeber that unlocking is done at owner's RISK if you are willing to give it a try and free up your modem for use with other SIM cards

@tunnex: I have told you this before nah . . . Put the SIMs inside a phone, activate the bundles you want by loading the airtime and dialing the appropriate codes. Then use the SIM in you F@stlink modem. . . simple!

You can check GLO and Etisalat websites for the appropriate codes

Abeg I need a link to IDM 6 with a good c-rack. . .my IDM dey mess up. . .telling me it has been registered with a fake serial number.

Check the SIM card if it is still valid. . . and also if u inserted it properly

Have you entered the unlock code before now? If you have done so before , then it will not show the window again because the modem is already unlocked
