pls does win7 have issues with usb modems/drivers?
i ask cos i put it on a pc and suddenly found out that only one usb port out of 7 on the pc detect the modem properly and not just the cd rom part. one port does perfectly!

this same pc had xp on it b4 and all the ports worked with the modem perfectly, also i tried running ubuntu on THAT SAME PC, and all the ports work perfectly with the modem too!!!!!

windows magic, after dem go say linux get trouble. . . . . . . . . . MCHEEEWWW!!!! nonsense.

After you plug your modem, Explore the f@stlink autorun folder which comes up as a CD.  You should see something like this on this screenie. Hope this works for you
