Good morning, I have been on it too since November last year, I am fed up and it's really annoying. I wish I know what to do because I have tried everything possible.

Somebody should please come to my aid, it's really troubling and frustrating.
The problem is WES isn't getting messages from my school and my school isn't getting messages from Wes concerning verification.
I got my first verification message for WES since 19th of November 2020, they have sent the same message severally, my school (Lagos University Teaching Hospital LUTH) claim they haven't seen any till today. They (my school) actually acted on the mails I attached to the letters I wrote to them,and replied WES, I have called WES customer service severally they said they haven't heard from my school, sent messages through their web, same story. I have done everything I can, I don't know what to do anymore, Please I need advice abeg
