it means u haven't uploaded all the necessary documents, try uploading more. U can add ur NYSC certificate

use Google chrome browser... Then click on print reference page it will open in another blank page,at the right top of the page u will see PDF then click on it to save in PDF file

Mine too showed zero (0)year after printing it. I believe it's from their site. It's a minor stuff, no cause for alarm cos the date of birth is bidly written there

does ur passport appear as pdf under download file or jpg. my appear as pdf under download file could that be the reason it refuse to appear on my reference form？

I uploaded mine under jpeg format and it appears on the reference page

click on reference page and it will show u how u can save in PDF file, only if ur phone has wps application

How did you do that? In Pdf or what? cos I can't find the Pdf file of the two documents to download. I used my phone through out the registration process.

u can only save in PDF only if u use google chrome browser
