You asked a question and also answered it by yourself. It doesnt seem like you need any answers. Skusat is actually very legitimate but only a few people are lucky enough to meet their steep cut off marks.

They go as far as posting pictures of winners from their events, most academic contests I have participated in dont even do that.

The program is legit but trust Nigerians nau....if you dont win na scam. Their test is not so easy to pass and their cut off mark is strictly on the high side.

Although, someone I know was swindled by a duplicate site that cloned theirs sometime last year. It was even on twitter but the site has since been shut down by the fraudsters behind it.
