Make everybody sef calm down and at least chill till month end, before we begin day conclude anything. By the way which time advert close sef, way we don day conclude.

As far as I'm concerned e no take shell anything to send all of us rejection mail, no be my first time way I day apply for shell, based on my past experiences and with a few friends too, at least make we even wait until July 30th or so, no be rush rush matter

I believe at least there should be pictorial evidence backing points that they've seen the success mails, so as not to down people's expectations. But if non na to chill till we see mails ourselves.

Lmao you guys don’t understand lol. People will receive reject mail in mass if they fail to meet shell’s criteria in the VJT.

Those that pass the VJT, will have their ODVI transcribed and graded by the AI (words used and sense of it). If you fail here, reject mail is sent.

Those that pass that will then have their video assessed by a human being in ModernHire (Assessors). They need to confirm what the AI has done and choose the best of the videos. Those that fail are sent reject mail.

Those that passed are then sent mail for the next stage.

Hope you see how it works now. It is done due to the number of applications they received l. Nobody will sit to watch thousands of videos

I just sent them a mail today, I also got the computer generated mail, tho I even called and a lady picked she was just saying that there's no provision for a reschedule and if there is they'll let me know, fingers crossed tho, let's wait and see till Friday
