What is your source? Because I saw on previous posts that it was about 150k per month, and that was just a few years back. 36M means 3M a month. I highly doubt you will get offered that much. But hey, mo money mo money, amirite?

You are probably confusing the Graduate Internship Programme with the Graduate Trainee. I'm not sure if it is still the same but Masters degree holders on the GIP earn 150k.

Oh, okay. Maybe I am. My fault. Graduate Trainees are not on probation right? Their jobs are permanent?

where are you people getting this ridiculous amounts from tops they’ll pay is 250-300k per month

Lol! 250k for graduate trainee engineer? Even the least contract personnel gets more than that except you’re talking about interns, interns get 100k monthly as at 2019/2020….the might have increased it now though.
Someone here quoted the right figure, it’s a range and not static, it’s about 2M - 2.8M. The salary is not even the juiciest part, the juiciest part is the allowance you get at the beginning of the year and at the end of the year….it’s always heavy

Successful graduate trainee will be on probation for one year, you’ll be sent to different departments and each department will give Valuation of you, if you get an overall good enough valuation then you’ll be confirmed, if not you’ll stay on probation while your colleagues are climbing the ladder

Relax. It’s a fact sir. The only challenge for such job is the low security it offers. Among the IOC, Total is the most secured though not as much as Exxon but competitive

Exactly.
Re: Exxonmobil Graduate Engineer Trainee by ExpertNLer: 6:34pm On Mar 18
This is correct. What I'm now asking is how you interpolated the comp for this year as being X2, I was imagining it would be like x1.4 given inflationary pressures but if your source says those numbers are correct I agree with you

Graduate Engineer. As at 2019, it was about 36M.

It should be an interview with some low- to mid-level ExxonMobil Engineers.

Why did they not combine the skill test with the aptitude test, instead of doing it differently.

After all, it was combined during the last recruitment.
Re: Exxonmobil Graduate Engineer Trainee by ExpertNLer: 11:46am On Mar 19
During the last recruitment the graduate engineer test had the verbal, quantitative and abstract alongside a skills specific test but this time they've only just done the initial part without the skills specific test. I believe because they used the same test for both GT and EH candidates. Maybe they'll do field specific at some point in the future for the respective categories or maybe they're scrapping it entirely
