As I said earlier there are other factors that has to be considered such as, the standard of living in different states,, that of Abuja,Lagos,port-harcourt,calabar is definitely higher than that of sokoto,taraba,yobe,, The amount of money you would use to build 1 standard house in abuja/p/Harcourt would build 2 of the same type in some states.. We have those in the Middle-Belt whose major occupation is large scale agriculture,, they supply/sell to other states..
