Dear, I know quite much about real estate. Dollars is a fixed currency that can be used across countries. In Ikoyi, a lot of the time, payments are made in dollars, not naira. From real estate to even payment of school fees in those places. With our devalued currency presently, what you expect is an increase in the cost in naira, not a decrease of cost in dollars. The truth is, the value of real estate in Nigeria is way more than in Kenya.
