Q3 is nearly// almost an annual fiscal data --- which now covers data from all quarters in a year, Q1---Q4. So, each complete quarter gives us the most valid recent data.

And yes, since Q3 is the only recent data, then we can go with it.

Data are calculated after every 3 Months; Thats what we call quarterly data presentation -- so the first 3 months is Q1. Goes that way up to Q4 --- OCT, NOV, DEC.

Thus, if I am seeking the latest information about a company in 2022, I will refer them to the most recent quarter which would be Q3 of 2022.

We don't dislike data. We challenge data. Data are not static; they are dynamic. Projections are not accurate --- but they can give us somee benefit of the doubt. Expired data is like a dead entity... Can only be archived for reference purposes or history.
