Well that I wouldn't know of. The interview was carried out in an office that seemed to be their conference room, so if you mean practical demonstration then I doubt they did that. It was really more of oral interview and documentation as well. Ensure whatever you fill in the form, you can defend and take note of certain details about your resume, infact read your resume very well because they also asked questions from there. In all be very confident

I met some people for bakery position when I did mine. The first we were required to do is to fill out a comprehensive form about ourselves, educational background from primary school, work history, and so on. Its a very long but simple form to fill but the only challenging question was to state in about hundred words why you feel you are best suited for the job or the best candidate for the job.... Something like that. Youl be required to fillout the form with celerity after which you get called in for the interview. I applied for trainee miller so I don't know how yours going to be... But the first stage I guess was same for everyone which is the common int questions.... Tell us about urself, achievements, and then the panel starts asking you questions based on what you filled out in the form... I was about the fifth person to go in and in all each person took an average of twenty minutes..... They notified us there will be a second stage. I made a mistake by not taking someones contact so do well by asking around who is waiting for your position and get a number so you can liase with urselves... In all just be confident and maintain good body language and compusure. Youl be fine.

@kewt yes it was the October 31st test. Wrote mine in lagos and was mailed on the 8th of November for an interview on the 15th which I have done and we were all told to stay put for another stage. The first stage was basically the conventional type of interview questions and was with four of their executives including the HRM. I don't know how the subsequent stage might look like but am just reading wide. I really need any form of insight to direct my attention.

We were about 20 or there about in the waiting room on that day but 4 under trainee miller position which was what I applied for. Some other people where there for positions of bakery security logistics quality assurance and so on. I believe they are calling in batches so just be hopeful and prayerful. Please ooh once again kindly assist with any info concerning their interview format . God bless

@GB102 I got their interview invite on the 8th. The first stage was a panel interview with three of their executives including the HRM. They however notified us that it was the first stage. Please anyone with useful tips on how their interview stages look like should share. God bless
