Oga Ayyub, delivered as promised. As a matter of fact i am still trying to decode if he's really a Nigerian because my man delivered as promised from beginning to the end; no stories, no Iya Risi died, no Boy Alinco fell down or Oga we misquoted and you need to pay us extra or we wont finish the work.

I actually thought he was a westerner the way he composed himself. Be warned, he is very confident but i guess he's rare and hence why he delivers.

He was recommended by mum but the question still rise, will i use him again? Damm yesss, i will use him again for the next project loading soon. If you are smart and enjoy working with smart go-getters then Ayyub is your man to go to for any roofing work.

Did i mention, I work in a news room and hence only transacted with him mostly via whatsapp. I have consulted my village people and we have decided to give Oga Ayyub 10 gbosa's for a job well done.

I will give you call in the morning. But please confirm nothing is wrong with the car and body work is intact. Also was the car imported and do you have the import papers (I ask because cause I was stopped by customs recently and they delayed me for like 2hrs because of custom paper for a 7 year old car).

So I actually met the seller and saw the car in lekki. Whilst I honestly do not mind buying, I just want to know what's wrong with the car and the motive for selling it. I need to know how much, I will need to spend on repairing it if required.

700k is not small money but affordable to most nairalanders.

You'll do justice if you mention exact legal docs available, picture of the said land and most importantly a superb customers are always right approach.

You want us to part with our money therefore let the attitude and approach be correct

I am building a 8 flats on 2 plots of land for commercial purposes in Ifo Ogun state. I received a N200k bill to have my planning permission approved and be issued with a approval number with receipt.
Is this a reasonable amount ? or inflated ?

The defination of the loaded personal effects would determine the clearing cost.
If non of the items in it is a contraband then N300k would clear it,if loaded with CB then the best I can do is N350k.
