My 480 has not been credited into my wallet still. I sent mtn vtu to a customer on 31/8/2019 twice. The first one was 200 and the second was 500. It was the 200 that was credited before your system had issues. I don't know the ID number because I didn't save it. Because I stopped disturbing you, you stopped working on it.

I can't pay nepa bills for customers because of the token that will be generated for customers using prepaid. Please, how do I go about that?

My log in number is 08035195547. The date of the transaction was 31st of August. I don't know the transaction ID because it wiped away after the system stopped malfunctioning. I sent a mail to u twice and you reply that I should be patient that your IT department are working on the system and if the problem has not been solved, I should get back to you on Monday. I can't lie about 480, my money was deducted, the MTN line I sent but to wasn't credited and my money has not been refunded since 31st of last month. Plus work on it. I sent a mail thru shollybee86@gmail.com. pls help refund the money. Thank you

I keep seeing the 200 naira vtu that I sent in the morning. What I am talking about is afternoon, u are also aware that your site and app was malfunctioning at that period, and that was when I sent a mail to you. The attachment shows the message I have been receiving by your help system. There's no doubt that I sent to 200 naira, it's the 500 I am talking about now..
