JOB DESCRIPTION
• Source and recruit staff for client companies
• Prepare payroll for client companies
• Manage benefits and compensation plans for employees of client companies
• Handle remittances to regulatory authorities. PAYE, pension, NHF, NSITF etc
• Performance management, setting KPIs, review performance and conduct appraisals
• Work out training schedules for employees
• Handle manpower planning including succession plans.
Handle employee relations issues


REQUIREMENT
Minimum of BSC in a related field
Experience in Human Resources Management and Payroll Administration is a must.
Experience working in a consulting firm is an added advantage
Knowledge of using information technology in running payroll is also an added advantage
The role requires working most of the time from different clients’ offices and may involve some travel

Job Description

Manage all business units of the firm
Coordinate payroll management for different client companies
Coordinate recruitment and placement for different client companies
Draft HR policies, procedures manuals
Set up and maintain a human resources system that meets top management information needs for clients’ company.
Interpreting and advising on employment legislation; develop and implement policies on a variety of workplace issues e.g disciplinary procedures, absence management, compensation and employee benefits, performance management ,working conditions and equal opportunities.
Manage outsourced staff by developing workforce planning strategies while considering immediate and long-term staffing requirements
Coordinate orientation and induction programs for staff.
