We are currently hiring a Human Resources Officer JOB DESCRIPTION • Source and recruit staff for client companies • Prepare payroll for client companies • Manage benefits and compensation plans for employees of client companies • Handle remittances to regulatory authorities. PAYE, pension, NHF, NSITF etc • Performance management, setting KPIs, review performance and conduct appraisals • Work out training schedules for employees • Handle manpower planning including succession plans. Handle employee relations issues REQUIREMENT Minimum of BSC in a related field Experience in Human Resources Management and Payroll Administration is a must.
