I have. I would advice u go pick up your stuff yourself when it gets to their office or send a friend if you aren't in Lag, otherwise his waybill guy will over-charge to waybill it to you. That is the only aspect of his service I would rate very poorly otherwise He is very reliable and legit!

I think u can clearly read what I wrote, I didn't mean not to proceed with the order but an emergency happened that needed to be attended to, so I have to pend it for now, later, when d emergency is taken care of, I will come back to order from you guys.

The commitment fee is non refundable and based on your explanation,you were at fault and should be begging tugrow to refund if he wishes..
