Hello. Pls my Dell inspiron 15 has an issue. It doesn't come on with the battery connected. I have to remove the battery before it comes on. The battery is new, so it's not the issue. Thanks |

agrovick:Hmmm. Not really oh. Even if I was once passionate about medicine, the passion has been removed by force. So we just have to continue what we started. |
iXavier:Wow... Good luck to you... You'll get there eventually. And do enjoy this beginning cus the higher you go, the harder it becomes. Just pray that strike doesn't affect you, that's if it's a federal university. Welcome to the club. |
Hello everyone. Awesome thread. Don't know exactly how I came across it, but I've followed it from page 2. It's nice to get to read about the different jobs people are involved in. I hope I'm allowed to contribute as I'm still a student, a medical student in 500l. Still have about 2 years to go, that's excluding houseman ship & Nysc. Sometimes I get so frustrated & tired seeing my mates already serving while I'm still in school preparing for an exams. I'll get there eventually sha, I just wish medical school wasn't so long & tiring. |
Hello. Pls for some time now, I've received this warning anytime I put on my system. Had to remove the battery and use it without it because it wasn't charging the battery.

I don't know why people complain about glo network so much. Last year they introduced a new sim for data. Sold it to us in our university for 500 and I can testify that it's great. One time like that we were trying to watch a live video in church but non of the networks was behaving. I had to on my Hotspot for them before we could watch it with very little buffering. So I'll advise if you're considering moving to glo network, then buy either the data sim or the 4g sim that can work in a 3g phone. |
Hello guys. I use gionee m5 mini. It developed some faint horizontal black lines sometime last week. From what I was able to get online, it's the lcd that's faulty. I plan to change the screen this week as its broken. My query now is hope when I change the screen the black lines will dissappear? |
taiwoawoniyi:I can help with that. Zero 7 zero three 2 717402. |

To pick a single book ad my favorite would be very hard. To mention a few of my favorite authors ;Steven James, catherine palmer,Francine rivers, Karen Kingsbury, john green,. Steven James wins the award for crimes/fbi investigation. I hd read other authors before this. But after reading his books, I couldn't seem to read others again. It's like you've tested the best of the best and it's finished, but you aren't satisfied with others cus they aren't simply like it. Enough on this. Just go look for his books, the patrick bowers files(it's a series) I assure you, it's better than James Hadley chase' novels For John green.... Hmmm I don't even know where to group him,Probably in romance and humor.his novels are great, funny, inspiring, etc. Anytime I need a good laugh and a little break from life, I'll read his books. But be careful, some of I'm novels do not have a happy ending. Some titles include looking for Alaska, the fault in our stars(everyone knows this), an abundance of Katherine's, etc For romance, Christian romance to be precise, I'll give it to Francine rivers . She's the author that keeps you awake, turning the pages of her book. Her novels are captivating.her novels include redeeming love(the beesssttt), the scarlet thread, etc Others includes oceans apart, dianne Mills novels, the great Ted dekker, Frank peretti,. BTW, they are all Christian authors. I promised my self to stop reading Mills and Boone, harlequins, novels with explicit sex contents, as one can never be too careful of what you allow into your mind. You can get these books at bookZZ.org |

Hey nairalanders, for the sake of privacy, I omitted the writers name I was reluctant about sharing this post when I saw the my last post on patience but I want o share it because something's are very painful. So let's do this... My name is **** ****.The thing is_ there is a good news and a really bad news. The good news is that am done with all my postings after a six year training that lasted eight years in my school; University of Jos. It is supposed to be an accredited faculty and department but we spent eight years to complete all the postings. We had crisis but those in Maiduguri had worse. Oh... I remember, we also had strikes... so many from many angles. Thank God the postings are over. The really bad news is that our exams has been postponed till further notice because there is an ongoing strike in the hospital. When the news came yesterday night, many of my mates cried. We had hoped that they would consider our plight and conduct the exams in other hospitals but they had made what we termed " the mean choice". Most of us have become apathetic about many things, the zeal that we once had has faded into insignificance. They have lacerated our emotions. Some of us are so confused now. Our rents are expiring, our parents are worried and guess what? No one has come to speak to us. Everybody complains of the falling moral and knowledge standard of doctors but look at the way we are trained; a training that makes us loose our minds. If we become strange kind of doctors, who have lost all empathy and emotions, who will blame us? God help us It's really pathetic when I think of it, that this is happening at this time. This is the same University that went on a four month strike from last year October. That's aside from the 4 months strike it went on in 2014 to 2015 because of students protest. Thats just counting the recent ones oh. How do you expect the zeal of the students to remain the same. Presently, the set going to 400 level cannot start clinicals because there is no space in juth, so they have to wait for the final year guys to leave before starting. They've been at home for more than 6 months now. I wonder when the education sector in Nigeria will improve. I hope this reaches the right people, and something is done about it. |
