I’ll do just that, I actually don’t know the reason for the cancellation and I’ve sent emails requesting to know why but dem no respond smslive2: My @sidechic... You will definitely need a LOE. You just need to explain as it is. I am guessing the cancellation was part of the mass cancellation due to the asylum ish recently |

Hello House, Help again! I have a complicated US travel history, I have ones been issued a US visitors visa(2 years) which I travelled twice and I was questioned at the port of entry on this 2 occasions. The problem now is that on my third trip from Lagos airport, I was told that my visa had been canceled that I should visit the embassy. On getting to the embassy, my passport was stamped ‘cancelled without prejudice’. My challenge now is that, will I need to do a LOE for this issue post ITA since we hear that US and Canada share database |

Okay thanks, will do that immediately happytbaby: Have you gotten ITA? If no, delete it. If yes; then delete it in work history and put it in personal history. Do an LOE stating the issues you stated here...i.e that you cannot get references. |

Oh thanks a lot for this but I already created my EE profile with the 2 pre-uni employments, hope there won’t be any issue if I delete it... plus does deleted details pre-ITA reflect to Cic after ITA has been issued?? happytbaby: I do not know if this has been properly addressed but I do not want to walk past.
I think you should leave it out when creating your EE profile, then post -ITA, when filling the EAPR, include it under work history and on the drop down where you choose what kind of activity each history is, pick "employment'.
That way you do not have to provide reference or be untruthful |

Hello House, Please enlighten a sister. I have a work experience from 2015 till date which is over 3yrs experience and that’s my required NOC but my challenge is that I have worked in 2 different places pre-university from 2011-2014, do I need to state the pre-university work experience in my work history? plus I can’t get any documents from my pre-uni jobs. Please note that this jobs started full time during university strikes (u know as naija be) and ended up switching to part time whenever school resumes... Please help!!!!!!!!!
Ps: I have used the 2 pre-uni Jobs to apply for a US and Canadian visitors visa before, the earlier was issued and the later was denied.
Thanks |
