I won't advise NOUN because some stereotypes exist for NOUN graduates unlike running Unibadan DLI which will allow him get a certificate from a reputation university while still benefiting the same arrangement NOUN will have offered him.

My advice to you is to choose one of the numerous career path in computer science: cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Software Engineering etc get skilled in the field within one year and run University of Ibadan Distance Learning Programme.

You will be getting same certificate as those who studied full time with the institution while having acquiring hands on experience that could differentiate you among your peers.
