@rockhaven - how? i put my pic up for like 5 mins before i changed it cos i dont want my pic all over the net. |
a lot of people do athnony and i am not putting anyone else down so i don't knpw what your problem is. i am just curious because it seems to run in my family and i was wondering why. i got it from my mother and apparantly she got it from hers too. |
how rare is it to be a light skinned yoruba girl? and what s your ideal girl in terms of shape, height, attitude, skntone etc, ? |
i am natually light skinned and have suffered from acne before and still have a few marks, but they are quite faint now. i don't think its fair to talk about how difficult our skin can be. yes , some of us do have a more uneven complexion than our dark skinned sisters but i am proud of my skin colour. it is natural and all mine. i was teased by some dark girls and even accused of bleaching infront of all our friends (when my acne was at its worst). i now realise that it stemmed from her own insecurities. good skin is healthy skin. dark skin can be bloody gorgeous too. my bf has dark skin and i get lost looking at it sometimes and my cousin is one of the prettiest girls i know with perfect dark skin. i wish we could stop all this hate. my bf even gets accused of going out with me cos of my skintone but that is not the case at all. i do not agree with skin bleaching cos you will get red and green and look like an ogre eventually but pls don't put down natuarlly light skinned sisters even if they have skin problems. thanks |
im about 10 stone which is perfect for me. as soon as i start to get bigger, my tummy gets big first, which i hate so i try and keep in shape. this is for me though lol and not just to please some guy who's probably much uglier than me anyway. you guys need to take a look at yourselves, because i have not yet met a nigerian guy who has blown me away in any aspect, but we can all have hope ![]() |
earn not entirely sure what you ean by Nigerian girls abroad. i was born here, so I'll give you my perspective. yes I'm British but i was obviously raised by Nigerian parents in a Nigerian culture. that makes e just as Nigerian as anyone else. i live in this country so i am not going to have the culture of dating and relationships that Nigerian grown girls do. yes we like our independence, b ut a lot of us also make our own money and/or are not materialistic. this seems to be a common complaint about Nigerian girls on this forum. we are different, yes but if you don't want to date or marry us then that is just fine. having dated only Nigerian guys all my life, i can say that if i end up marrying one then fine. but if not, then i won't really be missing much peace ![]() |
