I sent several mails yet you replied none.
Tried having an online chat several times too but not connecting to an agent.
Called your customer careline several times but was not picked.
The issue is:
1. I was charged for shipment and delivery of two packages but i got one
2. The payment covered delivery to my house but i was called to come and pick up my item.
3. I asked that my goods should not be repackaged since i will be charged $5.99 for repackaging, so i paid for two boxes i.e two deliveries but my items were squeezed into a box which weighed less than what i was charged and far less than the dimensions you got and billed me for.
I spoke with an agent today as i did before i paid for d items to be shipped i didnt get any positive response.
I was overcharged and so want my refund.

@shoptomydoor, since i believe i can get a fast response from here, please can you look into this matter??

I shipped some items to your US address which is supposed to be seen as drop off but I am being charged an outrageous fee for the shipment of the items. Also the weight you arrived at is higher than the weight of items i shipped.
I also don't understand what you mean by actual weight and chargeable weight. Please, kindly look into this as the shipping price you are quoting is more than the total price of the items in question.

If u are not having a high risk pregnancy, you can use a BIRTH CENTER. They are way cheaper dan d hospitals and some of dem are affiliated with hospitals incase issues arise. But bear in mind dat some of d birth centers offer unmedicated child birth.

I recently heard that Dallas is a lot cheaper than Houston for childbirth. Someone i directed to Houston eventually found her way to Dallas and she says she is spending less than 6K Dollars for delivery. You may want to try that.
